At the start of the game, different berries, mushrooms, and offerings will appear for several seconds on the 9 leafs of the bush. You must quickly choose 1 or 2 items that you will want to gather.

The moment the leafs flip and the berries disappear, you must try and follow with your eyes the object or objects you want to gather as they are shuffled around the bush When the leafs stop moving and the cursor once again becomes visible, click on your choice or choices of leafs that you followed with your left mouse button to collect and eat the corresponding item.

Certain items are poisonous and will make you lose energy points if you pick them, and if you pick too many of them, it can even kill you! Others are beneficial and will give you energy points. It’s also possible to find offerings in these bushes. Be careful, the benefits of good berries and offerings are cancelled out if you pick a poisonous one during the same gathering. Being able to differentiate the good from the bad berries is a trial and error process, or you can discuss with your fellow tribe mates to help you find the right ones to gather.

A successful gathering shall also reward you with several tribal points.


You may attempt to impress the tribe’s shaman by answering his trick questions. If you succeed, he shall tell of your exploits to he spirits of nature and you will earn spiritual points. But in order for him to ask you a question, you must present him with an offering before he considers you worthy.
